Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 6 business days

• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location

• Order Processing Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays)

• Courier Services: We use reliable courier partners such as TCS, Leopards Courier, and Call Courier

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen factors.

International Shipping

• Estimated Delivery Time: 12 to 26 business days

• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

• Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are not refundable.

Please note that any delay caused by customs clearance is beyond our control. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.

Return & Refund Policy

At AlJannah.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products due to hygiene concerns

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling

• Sale or promotional items (unless defective or incorrect)

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email

• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days

• Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are not refundable

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide supporting evidence such as photos.

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will respond with the return instructions and return address

3. Pack the item securely and return it using a reliable courier service

4. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect and process your refund or exchange
